Join Steph Gregor, Manager of the Capability and Guidance team at the Office of the Privacy Commissioner as she discusses the new notification requirement for indirect collection of personal information that will be part of the Privacy Act from May 2026. Steph will set the scene by talking about OPC’s evolving approach to guidance and then walk through the new requirements in IPP3A.
