About the role

Our client is a successful and well-established residential property development company with a proud track record of delivering high-quality, master-planned subdivisions across New Zealand. • Familiarity with the Companies Act, FMCA, NZX Listing Rules and compliance frameworks
  • Knowledge of the Overseas Investment Act and related regulatory processes
  • A confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with composure under pressure

  • A values-driven, collaborative leadership style, commercial acumen, and a growth mindset
