About The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our international sales legal team, providing legal support for our sales organisation both in NZ and overseas. The role is diverse and covers a wide portfolio of legal work in a dynamic environment where you are constantly learning and developing.
Reporting to our Head of Legal – International Sales, the role includes providing timely and effective legal advice, drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, researching legal issues, establishing legal entities in overseas markets, managing ongoing corporate governance and compliance requirements for our overseas legal entities and providing training to our sales organisation on company procedures and relevant legal developments. In this role you can expect to have a seat at the table with senior management and key stakeholders as a valued member of the international sales legal team.

Skills & Experience
Our ideal candidate will have around 3 - 6 years' post-admission experience in corporate or commercial law from a recognised law firm and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong academic record. We're looking for someone with a can-do and customer focused attitude who can demonstrate a pro-active, pragmatic and commercial approach to legal issues. To be successful you will need to be a team player capable of forming constructive relationships within a business setting. Ideally, you will be interested in a role with an international focus and be keen to make connections with our global team. In addition, the role may require international travel on occasion.
