Key Responsibilities:

Provide timely commercial advice to the business in relation to a variety of corporate, legal and regulatory matters including but not limited to:

  • Compliance including overseeing the annual plan for aspects of regulatory compliance within the remit of the legal team and identifying relevant legislative changes
  • General commercial contracting including software licensing, procurement and services agreements
  • Treasury support
  • Corporate governance
  • Identifying and mitigating legal risks to the business

 

We are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing compliance frameworks and providing compliance training.
  • Understanding of key intellectual property concepts and experience in licensing.
  • Top tier law firm or corporate experience   
  • Strong contractual drafting skills.
  • Ability to distil complicated legal concepts.
  • Flexibility to work after hours on occasion to meet global commitments. 
  • Banking and finance experience favourable.
