Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely commercial advice to the business in relation to a variety of corporate, legal and regulatory matters including but not limited to:
- Compliance including overseeing the annual plan for aspects of regulatory compliance within the remit of the legal team and identifying relevant legislative changes
- General commercial contracting including software licensing, procurement and services agreements
- Treasury support
- Corporate governance
- Identifying and mitigating legal risks to the business
We are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in developing compliance frameworks and providing compliance training.
- Understanding of key intellectual property concepts and experience in licensing.
- Top tier law firm or corporate experience
- Strong contractual drafting skills.
- Ability to distil complicated legal concepts.
- Flexibility to work after hours on occasion to meet global commitments.
- Banking and finance experience favourable.
